A Woman’s suffering in India.
Recently we came to hear a lot of gossips in about a girl struggling for her life. Some beastly people were responsible for this incident which took place in Delhi, the capital city of our country. Finally this girl left this world and went to another, taking all the brutality that happened to her. Everything happened just because of our mistakes. If today, our whole country is treated equally then I think we would never see these things taking place. In every step the men are given more importance than a woman. According to the census of India, for every 1000 men in this country, there exist only 940 women, an imbalance due to sex- selective abortion and infanticide. The difference is even more extreme in certain states. In rural areas, girls perform the brunt of household chores and are often married in their teens; occasionally to men they’ve never met.
