Feminism

We hear a lot of people talking about gender equalities or feminism. But i bet a lot of people still do not know what actually it means. People blindly support feminism thinking that it is something like anti-men kind of a thing. But it is not!

Feminism is not about hating a man. It is being independent, it is living the life the way You want, it is the fact that women can also present themselves equal to men and it is also about raising your life's standard. 

Okay coming to the question 'Are women really equal to men? Or is feminism successful in a country like India?

My answer would be NO!

We are still not treated as something people should respect. Some people might think what rubbish I am speaking but its true!

Even today girls are being raped by their own family members, they are being raped by their own friends, they are being raped when they are alone in the streets, they are being raped by their own husband, they are being raped by their own brother, and the story continues..

Girls can not wear what they want. They can not visit their favorite spots alone in the middle of the night. They cannot just live their life freely. They are being questioned by their parents for every single thing they do. They are being dominated by their husbands or boyfriends. They cannot just divorce and get married to another man if thing goes wrong. And you people say we are equal?

Well some exceptions do occur. 

But majority feel the same as I do and I know not everyone can express everything.

The so called feminists, please try to solve these problems if you really think you are a feminist.
Don't advice people to be anti-men. Advise them to eradicate problems like the problems I mentioned above and help them to break people's prejudices. Only then our country can excel.
